Team-building isn’t just about relaxation: we visited the Motorcycle Expo together
On 19 September, the team from Shandong Capriole Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. travelled to Chongqing to take part in a special team-building event—a visit to the 2026 China International Motorcycle Expo.
For us, team-building doesn’t necessarily have to mean taking a break from work. Exploring new products and ideas within our industry together is also a very interesting way to foster team interaction. Compared to traditional dinners or short trips, this visit to the Motorcycle Expo had a bit more of a ‘walk and look, chat and learn’ feel to it.
Focusing on electric motorcycles
During the visit, we focused on electric motorcycles and related products. As we walked around the exhibition, we exchanged views on product design, user experience and market demand. Some focused on the overall styling of the vehicles, others paid attention to the functional specifications, whilst still others were more concerned with how the products could adapt to different markets and user scenarios.
These seemingly casual discussions gave us a more intuitive understanding of the electric motorcycle industry: a product must not only look appealing, but also be genuinely practical, easy to understand, and capable of meeting users’ actual needs.
Gaining New Inspiration Through Exchange
No complex tasks were assigned for this visit; everyone was free to explore the exhibition according to their own interests. Precisely because the pace was relatively relaxed, team members actually had more opportunities for natural interaction.
From product observations to market insights, and from on-site experiences to day-to-day work, the topics discussed proved far more varied than anticipated. For our team, such exchanges not only made the team-building event more engaging but also provided fresh inspiration for future product development, marketing communications and industry analysis.
Returning to Work with New Insights
A trade fair visit may last only a day, but the observations and discussions it sparks will continue long afterwards. Moving forward, Shandong Capriole Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. will continue to monitor developments in the electric motorcycle industry and, through more open dialogue and market-oriented thinking, provide customers with better products and services.
